Vedha Vishal never ceases to amaze me with her writing skills. She has done a phenomenal job in expressing the delicate feelings of the people involved in separation and remarriage. The story spins around the sensitivity of the boy Kabilan and his divorced parents Saranathan and Malavika. It also clearly states the minds of their remarried spouses. Even though the people involved get themselves brace the moment and learn to accept the situation and move on, the world around them tries to push them back into emotional turmoil by using it's negativity and toxicity. Kabilan will be etched in my memory forever. Overall, the story is one of the best I have read in my recent times. Not to be missed must read! ❤️❤️❤️

Very Real

What a beautifully written, sad, very real story!!! I feel for Kapilan. I like how Jayaprakash comes around. I feel sorry for Saranathan, how the 3 women in his life didn't really understand him, how he had to send Kapilan with his ex. so she has something to cling onto... if he had kept Kapilan with him, Kapilan would have turned into another Saranathan and maybe the father knew that? I hope Kapilan finds his love and affection with the right person...

So nice... Ably handled the delicate relationships though the end sounds a little cinematic... Kudos for daringly addressing the present day Single Parenting Issues, the remarriages and the hardships being faced by the children because of the controversial Relationships of the Parents... I'm speechless...the narration was so brilliant...just can't overcome the characters especially the father and son .....too good and emotional.different genre...

Wow.....what a story....emotions .....from different perspectives.....just wow.....I was a teacher......many of my students have such a background only....I always feel very sad for them....everyone who are planning to divorce....that too who have children.....especially should read this story.....let them give another chance for life.....our acceptance and expectance changes with time.....what was something big at one time will be a very small thing few years later.....

You have perfectly portrayed the emotion of an single parent or divorced parents kid. A different and much needed storyline for this era.

I have read many of your stories.love each and every one.this story made me weep for kabilan and Saranathan.nobody is villain in life.only circumstances and individual perceptions make life as we see.i just love the flow focusing in the situations rather than melodrama.a humble request please, please write another story with kabilan and his adult life.i think i will feel better only knowing the aftermath of kabilan through your words.waiting for it.

I love each of your stories. The story line you choose is so unique and your story writing does justice to the story line. There are no false or over dramatised happily ever after. You portray people like how we encounter them in real life, people who are various shades of grey over various times. I had stopped reading for a few days as I was bored with all romance stories, I am so happy I chanced upon this book of yours today.

A big congratulations to the author for handling this subject so very well. The emotions of every character has been captured from their perspective! It's always a bliss to be amongst children!
