Best Historical Fiction of all time

This is a semi-fiction. It is well written and it is hard to differentiate the original history and fiction. It will definitely take the reader to 10th century. The twists and turns in the story will make you read all 5 parts. No wonder many reader read this book multiple times. The author gets one additional star for the power he gave to the woman characters in the book. They drive the story from the beginning. Loved it!

Long but great and interesting read

Really enjoyed reading ponniyin selvan. It is a truly captivating story. Though it was a long read, the book has a very interesting story with lots of unexpected twists and turns all throughout.

I bought all 5 parts with 430 rs with delivery charge. I have received all 5 parts as mentioned. Front page also looks same as in the image. No damage and printing mistakes in all the books. I have checked the page no of all 5 parts no page is missing. Paper quality alone not as expected. I understood based on price only they can give the quality. The papers are not clear white color it is little dull. Otherwise it is good.

I loved the history, and the descriptions of various events, the beauty of Tamil countryside,. and it's powerful women, in particular Punguzhali -- what a powerful character. The arguments between the Siva bhaktars and Vaishanava bhaktars is also interesting. The book beautifully combines history and mythology.

Valuable Publication at an economical cost. It's Hardbound. Paper quality is moderate, so need to be handled with care to prevent tear off. Packing was too good. If people wish to read the novel, sitting at home, it is the best for them. Quite big, so would be a bit hard for travel. Text so close, which would not be an issue at all, once you get into the story and travel with it. Really quick delivery. Got delivered within 3 days after placing order, which actually is preponed by around 4-5 days from their committed delivery date.
