Awesome Story Very interesting and narration is different from the usual style. In between author sarcastically mocks the template mindsets of men and women which is very funny.

A quick read. A cross sectional view of a modern day relationship. There were parts where the author explains psychology of men and women which I found interesting and accurate. Lot of fillers & unnessary descriptions at times.

Good attempt to contemporary tamil romance. It is as if reading Ramanichandran novel modifed to the latest. It clearly depicts how the society is still having trouble in catching up with the culture (which is really a weird reality). But one disappointing part is I still think the author has trouble in grasping it. For example, when explaining how women should be dressed, shaved -- points to me a still the author is stuck in the male perception and not a novel author completely. Another example is author's view of man and woman's role in a marriage/relationship is outdated. Overall an interesting read.

சமீபத்தில் சாருவின் Marginal Man நாவலுக்கு, Art Review Asia -வில் வந்த விமர்சனத்தைப் படித்தீர்களா அராத்து....? நடைமுறை வாழ்க்கையின் நய முரண்களை பேசு பொருளாக கையாளும் மிகச் சிலர் தான், இது போன்ற புனைவுகளில் ஈடுபடுகின்றனர் என்று சுட்டப்பட்டிருந்தது. இது தான் உயிர்மெய்கு எனது பார்வை(At a time when the issue of how art relates to life is the primary subject of cultural debate but this book has got some answer for this question). உயிர்மெய் - வேகம் அசாத்தியம். என் வாழ்க்கையில் நீங்கள் புகுந்து வெளியே வந்தது போலிருந்தது. தாங்கள் எடுத்து வைத்த ஒவ்வொரு வரியும் நான் கடந்து வந்த பாதையெனில், ஏற்க மறுத்த கருத்துகள், இன்று என்னை சராசரியிலிருந்து மீட்கும், post modern society - க்கு தேவையான இலக்கியம். ஒரு காதல் ஜோடியை அருகிலிருந்து கவனித்து, சுயபரிசோதனை செய்யத்தக்க நீவீனப் பதிவு. தரம்.

Unputdownable. I had to keep reading this. I loved the main characters though they were so flawed.

I'd probably categorize this as a chick flick or a 'Mills and Boon' type novella. Targetted at the Gen Y Tamil readers. A light and quick read...!
