Indumathi’s Surrendered Dreams is a coming-of-age story, sensitively and sympathetically written. Bound by a sense of filial duty, Parasu, the eldest son of Jagannathan, gives up his dreams of higher studies and settles down to a safe and secure government job. Viswam, his younger brother, also dreams big, but when reality hits, Viswam is forced into a deeper understanding of the way we want life to be and the way it really is.
